Would like ability to add third party conference bridge information.  Nothing more than a text area to put the information in an email.  Most individuals that i deal with do not have a mic or camera connected to there PC, so I have to send a separate email with an audio conference bridge that can my clients can use.

upon a connection being established give the host the option of copying a file automatically to the guest. This would be perfect to copy the SOS agent to the user's desktop for example. I know any file or command can be run manually but i want it to ALWAYS run as soon as a connection is established so the tech doesn't have to do it manually. Logmein has had this feature for over 5 years now. 

I would like to be able to create new session types on the same level as Support, Meetings, Access. This would allow me to create Must Knock as a new session type. Once that can be done, modifying session security becomes easier because I can put all knock customers in that special session type rather than ticking and unticking one at a time.

We are looking to be able to export a list of all devices currently associated with our ConnectWise Control environment into a CSV file to make it easier to audit and ensure all machines have the client installed.

My Law enforcement clients require FIPs compliance to remote into their systems. We are currently forced to use another product to do this. It would be much more convenient to use ScreenConnect. We have requested this update before and have not heard back. 

Would just like to see more remote access applications compatible with Google operating system with the Google pixel phones.

It would be great if you could setup your own cloud shared tool box aka your ftp server / S3 server.

It would be great if you offer this functionality in the SAML connector.
