chat timeout for version 19, like it was in 6.9 (or at least the option to make it so)

I was hoping to get the behavior back with the chat, where if a user sent a message, the red dot REMAINED until the message opened, AND once opened, the red dot clears (as opposed to current behavior, where the red dot clears based on timeout).

Different types of disconnect triggers (someone logging off vs server going down)
We would like to add more "disconnect" triggers to our servers, that way we would be notified if a server went down. However the disconnect trigger recognizes all different types of disconnects the same. So, if we set the triggers now, anyone that logs into a server from screenconnect and then logs off, we get a disconnect message. It would be great to have the ability to have different types of disconnects.
start and stop services from ScreenConnect.
Please bring back the capability to start and stop services on window PC and services. This new update removed that feature which was very useful. Below is the section that had the feature.
CWC/SyncroRMM installer integration for Mac
At the moment we have to install Syncro and CWC individually and then manually copy and paste the unique CWC endpoint code over to Syncro.
We would like assistance with creating a joint installer.
Add automatic server update feature
The ConnectWise Control server update process is fairly straight-forward, but it would be nice if it could be updated within the web interface, or even updated automatically as new releases become available. PRTG for example automatically updates itself. It would be a much welcome feature.
reinstall agent on support tab
Add the feature from Access tab to Support as well. It would be really helpful.
Release Notes organization
When we installed version 19.0 our ScreenConnect/Control users were surprised by the new menus and menu tiles. Once they had time to adjust they like them - but it was an unplanned for Monday morning surprise.
We had scanned the 66(?) items in the "Improvements" list but somehow the 33rd and 34th items in the 69 item list just did not stand out to us:
- Update .NET client toolbar
- Implement new Tiled Menu design in .NET host client
We also did a quick exercise of the UI, but we do not use it day by day like our support staff so we missed this.
Please consider highlighting actual UI changes or putting them in a "UI Improvements" section.

We need to install Screenconnect on our client systems which are having Windows10S OS.We are unable to install screenconnect on those systems.Please add screenconnect in App Store.That is highly appreciable.
