Add a Like Button
It's a simple request, no important but User Friendly. If we add a like button then we can save time by doing that instead of typing out a response. Same on the client side.
Screen Snipping when Blank Screen is Active
Product feature request to be able to use Control to make a screen snip that saves directly to the remote system. While blank screen is active normal screen snipping applications will not work due to the way the screen blank is applied. We have had customers requesting a better method of snipping the screen with out having to turn off blank screen or send files from one system to another.

Bring back the ability to remember username for login
My cloud instance was updated from v21.13 to v21.14 today.
I noticed that now, after the user is logged out, the username is no longer remembered and that field is left totally blank.
Nowhere in the release notes/output stream was this change mentioned.
Could you make it so that remembering the username can be enabled from the Advanced Configuration or something?
Backup utility for Connectwise Server backup
We want to take backup of Connectwise control server on daily basis. We need a auto backup utility for that.
Allow an add-on purchase in Control to allow a one to one connection of a user to a specific device.
Useful for vendor access controlled by company or end user remote control of their own device. Full technician license that could access multiple devices is overkill when the user will only ever need access to one device.
Allow mointors to report on EDFs
Give the ability for monitors to check for EDFs and alert accordingly.

i have probleme 21.13.5058.7951 on login on web host error appears DATABASE DISK ERROR the server web no working guest connection ok , for me technical to acces on my guest via web host is freeze or indicate (Database error disk) if stop service and start service of screenconnect host all work again on the day samething appears error no possible to login to my guest ????? excuse me my bad english ( my language french)
