I would like the option to connect to Backstage without going through the desktop first and then changing the view.
Connecting to the user's desktop directly startles the user. I would like the option to connect directly to backstage so I can run some cleanup or PowerShell commands.
Use friendly name when connecting with Control from Automate
Would like the ability to change the name automate is passing to Control(Screenconnect) for a technician. Control allows for this but if connecting from Automate; it uses your username.
Add DefaultDocumentName to Advanced Config Editor for Cloud Instances
I would like to see the ability to modify the default page found under the setting "DefaultDocumentName."
In my on-prem instance I was able to edit web.config to have the default page be Login.aspx, which would default users to the login page. I'm unable to do that since migrating to the cloud.
Helper User Agent
Replace the User Agent in Helper (Internet Explorer) with a Chromium-based one.
This would implement the latest web functions
Add operating system/bios install date to the report manager.
I would like to be able to have the operating system/bios install date added to the report manager.
KACE integration
We'd like to integrate connectwise into KACE, so we can click a link within KACE and have it open a screenconnect session on the machine in question. Both from a Ticket and from Asset management.
Mac Chat support
Chat doesn't seem to be supported any more on Macs? This would be an extremely handy feature to have.

First of all I love your app guys everything is perfect for me.
If you could add one more currency Moldavian Leu, so could delete my other accounts with other banking app to make these transfers that would be perfect.

Full Screen Window Border Color Option
Many of us now use large monitors but sometimes we still need to run a client connection in full screen mode. On my ultra-wide screens, this often creates letterbox bands on left and right of the remote session window. This color is currently a muddy black or grey and I would like to choose the color of this background filler. Personally, I want pure black to lower the amount of light projected from the monitor as I work this way. (sample image below)
Support for SAML with One Login
SAML SSO is supported for OKta, Azure, Google.... What about One Login? It's a leader in the Gartner quadrant. It's time to get with the times?
