Chat Notes into Manage
We would like the chat notes that auto populate into Manage through the plugin to go into the Internal notes tab instead of the Discussion tab
Hello,
The Manage team takes enhancement requests for the integration, so you'll want to register it on their enhancement forum.

Show selected device name in browser tab
This is a similar issue to what was addressed two years ago in the feature request "Computer name before application name in title".
While multi-tasking across several trouble tickets, a tech might have several different host views open in different browser tabs. By default, each tab has the same title, "ConnectWise Control Remote Support Software", which is defined by the web resource Page.Title. This means that all browser tabs have the same title, making it impossible to distinguish them without clicking on each one.
I propose that it would be more useful and powerful for the browser tab to show something more meaningful. The simplest solution would be for the tab to show the name of the currently selected device. If no device is selected, but a group is selected, show the name of the group. If neither a device nor group is selected, then revert to the default Page.Title text.
A slightly more complex version of this would be to allow the display of a user definable "Custom Property" field of the currently selected device.
Bulk schedule move
Every day there are schedules in my calendar that I didn't get to and want to move them to the next day. It is tedious and slow because I have to move each one individually, and there is often many. Everyone else in our IT service company has the same issue. It would be great if we could select multiple schedules at once and drag them to the next day in a single move. Thanks
Freeze the header row when scrolling on a quote
This would be nice when you have multiple columns and a many line items to be able to still see the header row.
When moving a line- you cannot move beyond the bottom of your actual monitor screen - will not keep scrolling
Example if you need to move a spacer that is at the top, and it is a large quote, it will not keep scrolling to the spot you need it in, it stops where the screen view stops. Would like the ability to scroll down further if needed.
Mass rebootor shutdown of machines in a group
have the ability to reboot and or shutdown all machines in a group
HostLastActivityTime or similar to view recent connection by host
i would like to be able to have a session list filter that would show all sessions i have recently had a host connection with.
for example: if i worked on a few pc's yesterday and i want to see how they are progressing
Hi Karst,
The LastConnectedEventTime was split by user (guest/host) in 6.8. Follow https://control.product.connectwise.com/communities/1/topics/1300-add-lasthostconnectedeventtime-and-lastguestconnectedeventtime-to-session-group-variables to see when it's released.

Add an extension template to insert a CLI command into Host menu
Right now there is a great extension called Command Toolbox that inserts a host-side menu item "Command Toolbox" and when that is selected, a dialog box appears and allows you to select from a
drop-down list of up to 10 CLI commands to be issued to the selected client computers. This is great for commands that are not used too frequently, however there are other cases of frequently used commands where this process is a little tedious.
Simple example: it is fairly common to want to issue a restart command to one or a group of
selected computers. I would like to have a menu item called "Restart" which maps to the CLI command "shutdown -r". Having this directly in the menu would save three steps versus using Command Toolbox.
If there were an extension that implements this, it would then be trivial to clone that extension and edit it for a different menu item / command, as needed.
Even better would be the ability to stick such a command in the toolbar (one less click to access it), but I'm not sure if that's even possible with the API as it currently exists.
Test button on prompting user for credentials
When you click on the prompt for credentials button it has a Test button. Can this not be integrated into the OK button so that when a user enter invalid credentials and does not click on test first the OK button will inform them that the credentials it not working and then prompt them again to enter the correct credentials ?
Additional General Info extension change script directory
For the "Additional General Info" Extension
We have an issue where when it runs the following PS script
#!ps
#maxlength=100000
#timeout=90000
echo "INFORMATIONREQUEST-RESPONSE/1"
echo "CommandType: General"
echo "ContentType: xml"
echo ""
$Host.UI.RawUI.BufferSize = New-Object Management.Automation.Host.Size (500, 25)
$computer = get-wmiobject win32_computersystem | select Manufacturer, Model
$bios = get-wmiobject win32_bios | select Name, SerialNumber
write-output $computer.Manufacturer, $computer.Model, $bios.Name, $bios.SerialNumber| ConvertTo-Xml -As Stream
So then it appears it creates a VB script under C:\Windows\Temp with a name that isn't static like so.
20180102101023393_temp.vbs
20180109101158669_temp.vbs
it changes each time.
Our AV software we use on our clients networks blocks this from running and we're definitely not going to whitelist C:\Windows\Temp and I can't wildcard exclude, my exclusions have to be exact down to the exact file name.
So that being said is there a way this can be changed to where it runs out of like a predetermined location where it can be whitelisted like a program files directory for screenconnect & a "Scripts" Directory or something rather.
This extension is super useful to us for collecting information on the fly, as it sits right now all customers which have script control enabled in antivirus which is over 90% of them it doesn't work for us.
Ideas?
