Add Current System Time under General Info
Option to show the current system time of the agent under General Info so that at a glance it would be easy to identify time sync issues.
Provide a link to resend the two factor authentication code
Provide a link to resend the two factor authentication code should the SMS provider not send it in a timely manner. We've had several issues where the code is sent late or never at all and the half login process breaks the ability for that user to login and they must then use a different web browser. Very annoying.
OS X proxy support
I have clients that have Apple Server that require proxy setting. There is no direct external access to the internet. Internet access is filtered with Zscaler https://www.zscaler.com that requires a username and password. No proxy support is a deal breaker for me.
Add a "One Click Logon" to the main menubar.
This would send ctrl-alt-del and the stored credentials to the host computer. GoToAssit asks you if you would like to login with the stored credentials, the does these tasks for you.
Add pagination to session list of Access pane
This could improve performance and reduce load times for very large session groups. I searched for this among feature request topics and did not specifically see it.
The ability to blank the screen as in disable the monitor on the guest side instead of black the screen.
We would like the ability to blank the screen on the guest side to disable the monitor. Black screen still shows some interaction on the guest PC.
Transfer to myself and Join the Session
A right-click option where the session will be transferred to myself and I will automatically join the session in 1 step.
Set multiple Maintenance actions at once
At the moment it is not possible to add, modify,... multiple maintenance actions at once. Means ConnectWise control service will be restarted each time a new actions has been created or modified. To prevent Service down times and active sessions disconnections, it would be nice to set up several maintenance actions at once.
Send WOL Packet Automatically when a system goes offine.
Automatically send a wake up packet when a machine goes offline via WOL, instantly or after a give amount of time.
