Latest 21.14 release includes the newly added permission for Backstage. So that makes Switchlogonsession and Backstage two separate permissions. Please make sure you are on 21.14 to have this permission.

To have a one to one connection you need to setup another instance with a 'One License'. You can also use 'Remote Workforce' extension to assign machines to a host. The host can then directly connect to the remote machine using the Remote Workforce Client.

There is no issue with the "Input Idle Disconnect Time Seconds". I have tried it on my instance by lowering the time to 10mins and then 1min. It works as expected. Please make sure to reinstall all the access agents after you change the settings from Advanced Configuration Editor extension.
