This is what I tried. I generated report via 'Session Connection Example'. It showed me users who have been using my account. With this I could easily locate inactive users and delete them if needed.

Thanks for the detailed info on the request.

You need to install 'Report Manager' from the Extension Marketplace and run it to get the required report. There are some default reports you can use to get the data. For more info please read this article.

Hi,

Can you elaborate more on this please? An example or a use case would be helpful.

Hi Simon,

I have retested this scenario on 21.14.5924 setting "Input Idle Disconnect Time Seconds" for 60 seconds. It worked for me. Can you contact Support for further investigation please?

Hi Thompson,

There are some options in the "Advanced Configuration Editor" extension you might want to try for the above request. Please click the link and browse to the 'Session Settings' section to find the suitable option(s).

Hope that helps !!

Hi Lee,

The KB article has been updated with the latest info. Please check.

Hi,

We're still investigating this issue and may take some more time to find the right solution. In the mean time, you can refer this link for a workaround.

Seems you do not have Advanced Configuration Editor extension installed. Please get it installed to have Advanced tab on the Admin page and make necessary changes to preview.

Hi,

If the notes have been deleted while db maintenance then there is no option to get them back. You might want to tweak the maintenance plan. Click here to see how to do it.

On a side note, we are planning to add deletednotes as an event in the Audit. A ticket is logged for that already.

Hope this helps !!
