Hi Marc,

Thank you for reaching out to us. When you say customers is it the 'Host'? If yes, then they can install personal toolbox to their instances. For more information please go through the below link:

For guest users, we do not have such provision yet.

Hi MBA,

We do have log capability even at the backstage and can be seen it in 'Admin > Audit'. There are two types of it, Basic Auditing would help you fetch a report on all sessions from a specified time range. Whereas Extended auditing will return the same information as a basic auditing query, but it will also automatically record a video of each session. You can refer below link for more information.

Sandip, If you mean how many hosts are currently connected to sessions. In which case it would just be HostConnectedCount > 0

If this is not what you meant then please give us a scenario which would describe the request in details.

Thanks for reaching out to us Kevin. Please try following: create a trigger to send an email to yourself that someone has connected to the support session. You could also use the Auto Respond to Message extension to send a message if no host is connected.

Hi Sandip,

You can create a session group of active sessions. You can use the HostConnectedCount = 0 AND GuestConnectedCount > 0 filter if you're looking for sessions with only a guest connected, or HostConnectedCount > 0 AND GuestConnectedCount > 0 if you're looking for sessions with a host and guest connected.

Hi Roderick,

Is it ConnectWise Control you are referring to? If yes, please provide us more details around this request.
