Sort session groups via installed programs.
I noticed that one is able to generate an xml of the currently installed programs on a workstation. I would think it would be universally helpful if one were to sort their clients via these installed programs much like the GuestMachineOS variable. Something along the lines of "GuestInstalledProgram Name LIKE 'JavaX updateXX' OR GuestInstalledProgram = 'Microsoft .Net Framework 4.1' "

Color scheme for time line
The default timeline colors make it difficult to see. A different color would make it more visible, but the only option is to change the view for all users. It should be an option for each user to customize the color schemes used. A darker scheme is more visible, but the names of the users are black on black, which defeats the visibility of the timeline.

In the latest update of the Custom Theme Manager, you can change the color of the Timeline. The only requirement is to be on 6.0+.

When the pre-release / Release notes are posted that the pre-release link is updated at the same time
Currently when @Jake updates the current release log the alpha / beta / release link is not updated at the same time. Example: Build: 5.6.10661 Status: Pre-Release (Beta) was released on Friday 4/15. As of Wednesday 4/20 the release link is for ScreenConnect_5.6.10572.5925_Debug.msi Pre-Release on 3/22/2016.
Add simple open http ability to trigger methods
Right now the http method on a trigger is overly complex and actually very limited when thinking about the most simple application. The idea would be that based upon a simple evaluation of keywords in the chat message the client sends (assuming an unconnected session of course), a trigger could respond by opening a webpage or simply spitting back a url in the text chat they can click on. You could then set up a series of triggers evaluating for certain keywords that would point clients to various KB articles in a support site. This allows a self service situation before the tech even needs to get involved, wrapped into the same support tool.

Add event for chat to make email trigger usable
Right now the built in trigger to send an email if a client sends a chat message when there is no connection is not usable. The idea is clearly that a user could initiate a support request by sending this chat message, which would be forwarded to a support email alerting the team that x user on y system said something and needed attention. However, the parameters do not include any sort of logic for if a tech IS talking to the person WITHOUT a desktop connection. The result is, if a tech is just using text chat to help and is not opening a desktop session, EVERY message the user sends goes to the support email just spamming it with junk. So, the idea is great, but the execution is pretty useless and has to be removed. If there was some way to add a parameter for "and also no tech has sent a message to this client in the last 5 minutes" this would be usable and a great feature.
The extension was intended to send out an email right after the auto response. We are working to get this fixed and updated. This shouldn't be long, but we apologize for any inconvenience.

Role based session group filter
I asked for this once before in the forums. Basically I want sessions for specific departments to filter into specific session groups. IE the sale department sessions filter into the sales group. It would seem simple if a user was assigned to the Sales Department role that I could filter by all users in the sales department role. When I asked before the only solution was to add a filter for each individual users (kinda a pain in the butt!).
