We'd recommend you disable the Share desktop option in the app.config. https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/On-premises/Advanced_setup/List_of_app.config_settings

When you say user, are you talking about your internal user, or the end user? In some cases this is the difference between the technician providing service (internal) and the customer needing support (end). This information will better help us answer your request. Thanks!
