Hello! Please make sure you have selected Speakers under the sound menu option. I've just verified that if speakers are selected, both host and guest should be able to hear PC audio. Let me know if this works, and if you have any questions.

Hi Brian, 

Your tech's personal logins can be stored and sent in manage credentials, in the same way that a guest's credentials can be stored and sent. Each access session can store a max of 1 set of credentials.
