I can one-up this request: An indicator right in the list, so we can see a screenful at a time. Maybe even the client's "online" green bar.

Green = Online, rebooted within the week*

Orange = Online, rebooted 1-2 weeks.

Red = Online, rebooted 2+ weeks.

* Allow for setting those three ranges within the .config files as some places might need clients rebooted more or less often.

The CMD window by itself is pretty powerful and pre-plugging a bunch of commands into Command Toolbox is a huge boost.

Agreed. I've had to tell almost every client that they have to click the arrow. If it were a button with "Connect" or something less subtle, it would save all of us some time.

Seems fairly straightforward. Once a connection request is noted by the client, rather than streaming their screen and then clearing the wallpaper, simply reverse that order.

Robert, since there is no direct messaging available here: can you share your batch file?

I would mostly like to disable the Peek preview in the bottom-right of the screen ... immediately next to the chat window. I engage Peek all the freakin' time when I move the mouse from their screen into the chat box on mine. I have never voluntarily used Peek and would like it disabled while connected.

Would be nice if the status of this could be stabilized.

Possibilities: (pick one from either section)
  • Remote, Cyber, "E-", Click
  • Assist, Connect, Support, Help, Unite, Link

Just had to try to install on my two freshly installed Ubuntu boxes. The installer icon would show up on the taskbar and...do nothing. It wasn't until I contacted Support and they told me it needed Java that I got it working (sudo apt-get install default-jre). I think there should either have been a simple error message ("Java Required") or, better, it should offer to install it for you.

All of my clients are on Windows. i don't want to use an "alwaysontop" options because that will cause them to close the window, not just acknowledge it so that when they click on a different window it falls behind it.

Every time I send new chat message, the window opens behind anything they have open.

Came to suggest this, too. While x64 is almost the standard, I'm still dealing with a fair number of x32 machines. I just bought a micro-PC just to self-host SC and it's 32-bit.
