Acquire Wake Lock – New for ScreenConnect 5.5. Prevent a remote machine from auto-locking, going to sleep, playing a screensaver, or hibernating. If you forget to select the “Release” button, the wake lock will automatically release when you close the host client window.

If you're looking for a more permanently change the status, I would load your cmds into the commands toolbox for distribution: http://forum.screenconnect.com/yaf_postst8007_Extension--Command-Toolbox.aspx#post28828

Does this help?

This corrected in 5.6. All services will be running at boot up, no more delayed starts! Marking declined as the feature is included in the next release and it duplicates a request.

Not a feature request, so this was declined, but I "ran the message up the hill". Thanks Matt.

App.config settings are directly tied to the guest client, not the user. Can you tell us which settings you'd like to see added to role based securty?

We've put together two resources to help both notify our team regarding issues and help keep the lines of communication open with our partners. The first is our cloud status page: http://status.screenconnect.com/ . Here you can see our different regional servers and their current status. We also just set up a twitter account for our cloud ops team to help notify customers of issues and updates as our team addresses events. Follow us at @SCCloudOps
