Allow Custom Relay Address

When creating a package, there should be an option on that screen or in web.config to set a custom relay URL.

You can use the web.config setting RelayAddressableUri to hard-code a specific address for the relay service. A bit more info here: https://help.screenconnect.com/Defining_a_hostname_for_unattended_access_sessions
