Add hooks to program to bring chat window up from guest side
Partner requests to add in the necessary hooks to the program to bring up that chat window from the guest side with a command or configurable button (other than the system tray icon).
Have software read existing clipboard
Partner requests the software read the existing clipboard instead of forcing you to re-copy the clipboard in the new session.
The DisableClipboardCapture setting in the app.config (http://help.screenconnect.com/List_of_app.config_settings) prevents items in the clipboard of one open session from being available in another open session. Please check your app.config setting to make sure this option is not being limited.
Add ability to change service recovery options on the access client by default
Partner requests to be able to change the default service recovery options for the ScreenConnect client.
Update Session Custom Properties in the client side CLP's on a Reinstall
Partner request to have these custom property edits copy to the guest machines on a Reinstall to allow these settings to 'survive' a database error.

Partner asks for full screen mode with helper on SC app for better visibility.
Add ability to change options in MSI
Partner would like the added ability to change the service startup and failure options in the MSI for deployment.
We've made changes in 5.6 to address the issue with some Win 10 machines not starting automatically. All 5.6 clients will be set to start automatically, so this enhancement shouldn't be necessary.
Have Windows, after reboot to safe mode, connect using wireless only
Partner requests to have Windows (8, 8.1, and 10) automatically connect to wireless when booted to safe mode.
Have an easier way to test new user accounts
Partner would like an easier way to test new user account / stop getting "your resource requires more credentials" when testing newly created no-admin accounts (by logging out of Admin > Security).
Add re-authentication to Host and Admin page
Partner asks for the option to enforce authentication every time the Host or Admin page is clicked on.
You can make an adjustment in the web.config file to the "MaxLongestTicketReissueIntervalSeconds". By default it is set to 86400 sec (24hr). Setting it to 1 or 2 secs would log a user out who idles on the Host and/or Admin page after second or two.
Add on-screen persistent notification of connection
Partner would like on-screen persistent notification that host is connected to the guest, with the option for the guest on access sessions to stop host access.
