Make host client with HTML5. Client will be the same across all platforms and downloads would not be needed.

Microsoft Intune has Teamviewer Connector now to allow launching a remote support session with managed devices straight from Intune.  Can we get this feature for ConnectWise Control too?

If one of our employees wants to work from outside we give them access through ScreenConnect to their PC in the company. With WOL they are able to turn the PC on at any time they want.

A better way would be if ScreenConnect could initiate a new RDP session on a given terminal server where the user can logon with his credentials so that there is no need to use of an extra PC.

It would be nice to have some built in functionality and support for High Availability scenarios. We run over 5000 unattended sessions, and when there are issues or updates that means downtime to our business.

Basic HA would be relatively easy to accomplish on Windows by utilizing Windows Failover Clustering. This would likely work already but not be officially supported.

Cross platform and active-active Clustering could be achieved by leveraging a load balancing service or system and allowing for some basic communication between cluster nodes such as service status and settings replication.

This is a must, I guess, for everyone.

It's important when you open a session, to see Computer's name on the top left corner.

But as important as this, is to have also:

* Organization (field) where you put particular info for this session)
or
* User (field)

I have to work with more than one session at a time very often.

So It's hard to relate by Computer Name, instead to see to whom each session (pc) belongs (user) when I switch between those.


I did ask for this suggestion already, but I'd like to see it in this new release, please !

Hi I have been using screen connect for over 6 months now, and I would like to first say how much I like this product and that I appreciate the work you guys do.

My feature request is around working with clients on multiple monitor setups. This is frequently the case and it's not often that I can fit all their monitors on one of my screen or even stretch it across two. So in order to see clearly what is going on I often tend to view just one of the monitors but then something might get opened on the other screen and currently there is a lot of movement required to switch to the other monitor. What I would really like is a way to cycle through the monitors via keyboard.

While thinking about this it occurs to me that there are many other keyboard shortcuts that I would use and love if I could have them. So perhaps instead of you getting a feature request every time someone wants a new shortcut, you could give us a configuration file for shortcut keys. So that we can assign our own shortcuts to certain functions.

Configuration file could be a set configuration dialogue or something as well, but personally I would be just as happy with a plain text file to configure things like this.
