We have around 200 tools and growing.
Just verified that the commands tab dir statement is instant. the Toolbox takes a couple of min to load though. Ran a tool to delete a flag file on 75 clients. took 2 min for toolbox to be available.
you need to use the microsoft program - MSICUU . Install it on the system with the issue. then run MSICUU and delete the corrupted files associated with the ScreenConnect installation. You can then reinstall without an issue.
it would be nice for print screen to have a choice for where you want it to act.
also you can use Authy for your 2FA and just copy paste the number.
I know it is started, but it needs to be an option for people to choose to be available not a given. As in configurable in appearance where the box is not viewable on the screen. Browsers keep UN / PW and without the 2FA pop up then there is no security on a machine. You can change how often you are logged out basically the same thing as this request.
can this be an option? does not make sense to have a remember machine option. takes away the security of 2FA.

would not want to have the host to be able to stop the service without a password though. i like the restart option though.
