there is a new setting the app.config that will disable the feedback survey. that achieves the request:

here is the settting:

</setting>

		<setting name="ShowFeedbackSurveyForm" serializeAs="String">
			<value>false</value>

</setting>

the only issue i see with this is that print screen now only works on the connected device. can the option bring up a choice for print screen locally or remotely?

Also would be nice to filter on status of the request - as in to see all completed requests and so on

FYi - in about 30 connects and disconnects i have had 6 survey boxes come up. I do not beleive that will get back the type of feedback you would like once more users are one 6.1.

yeah, we have 2600 devices, but nothing with dealing with different languages. oh well

you should be able to do this with the following extension:

Set Session Properties From System Variables

did you try the msg command? this works like a charm. pops up a box on the remote system. example:

plus you do not get responses through the IM feature. This message really helps us out with call volume when a system is down.

it would be nice to have something built in SC. Currently we use a "msg * /TIME:9999 /v your message here" within the command toolbox. which puts a pop up on the connected system. This helps to let the users know that email is down and etc....

you would need to install the fluid panels extension for #7

Windows Tabs actually does handle the ScreenConnect EXE which is a desktop application and puts the connected systems in Tabs. Our Helpdesk Analysts use the process for this. We found this program after we left from PC Anywhere which did autogroup the connections. The free version allows 3 tabs.
