I really wish I would have spent a day or two reviewing the feature request portal before becoming a ConnectWise Partner. The lack of support for their products is beyond disheartening. This is the 5th feature request I've found that is a HUGE QOL improvement that the community has been asking for without answer for 3+ years.
Kaseya is definitely looking more temping each month....
