Yes, I was able to get them like that, there are a couple things though.
It would be nice if there was just a downloadable zip file which contained all of them.
This only allowed for icons which are within the actual website, icons which are only in the app - once connected to a session (such as the toolbox) aren't available.

I've confirmed this on my own touchscreen device, that blocking mouse/keyboard won't block touchscreen.

Have there been any updates on this? It gets really annoying when making changes to large amounts of users.
