Nevermind - I see why it's different. Your screenshot is of an administrative logon request. The one I was looking at was for an elevation request. I see this was implemented with the extension and opened up a separate request for further customization: Teams integration customization / ConnectWise Access Management / ConnectWise ScreenConnect

Hi Caitlin, how can I get our Teams notification to look like yours? We're using the new Teams extension/integration from the marketplace and ours looks much different.
