I will not be renewing ScreenConnect maintenance. Customers pay renewals for features to be delivered but even the most demanding basic features like the ability to tell if a user is locked out and option to unlock or reset within the admin security portal is still not available or delivered 6+ years later. We ask for specific features and provide logics to back those request but it never gets delivered. What was developed originally for remote access simplicity with a great support team has turned into corporate inflated greedy crap since ConnectWise took over

I've been a ScreenConnect on prem customer since 2010 through my employer and since 2013 with my own IT company. It's now 138 days till 2024 and still nothing with this 5 year old request and many others. I rarely ask for improvements due to my limited needs but the small improvements i have requested when SC was owned by ET were supported by other SC customers, changes were approved and delivered within weeks. Since ConnectWise purchased SC my 3 request backed by multiple customers were never delivered. Pretty sad and to see this You need a premium license to use this extension for On Prem customers is a slap in the face

Pretty sad this request has been declined without much effort. So other RMM agents like SolarWinds and Ninja have this ability. Sophos central has this ability but CWC aka ScreenConnect will not have this ability. The work arounds are not going to work for us from a management standpoint so its either switch to another remote management solution or hire a developer to build our own solution to fit our growing demands. Most of our small business environment requires most users to be the local admin of the computers due to PMP app functionality. Some users have purposely removed our management agent fearing they are being tracked but they don't grasp that our web content actually tracks them so we have had to enable remote desktop within the orgs or redeploy with gpo. 

5 years later......I am getting old
