I just want to let you know that I have stopped recommended ConnectWise to all my clients and have no intention of renewing unless this issue is fixed!  I suggest all Other iPad users with this issue do the same.  The lack of response or improvement to this product has been very surprising.

This lack of support is the primary reason that I will not be renewing with Connectwise going forward.

It's 2022, 15.2.1 released and this is still broken and unusable.  Remote desktop from Microsoft works great!!!!

15.2.1 and still no decent keyboard/touchpad support on ipad pro.  Definately not renewing going forward with connectwise.

Get a clue guys, your customers want this support and you are not providing it!

Lack of this support is rapidly driving me to look at alternatives (AGAIN?!).  Administrators need to be able to work on any device, anywhere.  Doing this on a LTE/5G enabled iPad Pro would be great if it was well supported.  Seems like an afterthought adding the support to it since it doesn't support the newer features like keyboard and mouse/touchpad.
