I could be misunderstanding what you are saying, but we are currently able to do this now. We are running 6.8, and if a username is populated in the "Logged On User" field of any session type (Meeting, Support, or Access), I am able to just search for their username and find the PC they are on. I use it all the time when a co-worker asks for assistance, and I don't have PC names memorized.

Thanks Ben! Below are the specs of the on-prem server.

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

CPU: 2 sockets, 4 virtual processors, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz

RAM: 10 GB

It's a virtual server and is dedicated to running the ScreenConnect application, so no other applications are running alongside it.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm looking for, too, Trevor! We're currently working around it with an LabTech/CW Automate script that swaps app.configs on servers, but would be nice to have it built in.

Not at all, Sean! What's your email address? I can email you what we did.

Would be great to have Duo support natively, but we currently have Duo implemented using the LDAP Proxy. Supports push, SMS, and phone.

Native would be a lot easier to figure out though! :)
