This seems like it would be useful but also very complicated. If ConnectWise is hiring devs, I would love to tackle a project like this.

As far as I can tell the desktop notifications addon only work if the browser tab is focused, which kind of defeats the purpose. Also if there was a way for clients to initiate chat, this would be super useful.

It makes the screen go bonkers when searching. Animations can add value by showing what updated on the screen if done correctly, these just make me want to end my life.

All I want is AD pass-through. The service already works with AD, it would be nice if it handled NTLM Pass-Through or some other form https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc224019.aspx
