Something like that. Basically, each user has 2 options to retrieve OTP (email or SMS). If user chooses email, this goes to a different domain and is handled by one mail relay. If the user chooses SMS, this goes to another domain that is being handled by another mail relay to SMS.


We had a problem before with our mail relay. Our support team cannot use Screenconnect since they can't receive their OTP. Just want to ensure that Screenconnect is readily accessible even if one of the mail relays goes down again.
