I second this one. In our case we have another chat provider and didn't want clients using ScreenConnect chat to send messages that aren't monitored.

If we could at the very least control what is displayed when right-clicking the ScreenConnect tray icon I could live with having it there. Though, ideally we'd be able to hide the icon and still show notifications.
