It is on Mac OS, Yosemite and up. I have a client that uses Yosemite to connect to El Capitan.
It happens to me when connecting Yosemite to various OSX versions.
Also, there is a cursor mismatch when 2 monitors are present, the local cursor does not track along in proper position on the remote machine. I believe this is being addressed already by SC.
