Server 2016 - black screen
When we try to connect to a Server 2016 client we receive a black screen.
If we are running version 5.1 client and we are in a hosted Labtech environment do we need to request that our server be upgraded to version 6?

Good morning,
The Server 2016 black screen issue is resolved in the latest stable build of ScreenConnect, version 6.0.11622. I suggest you request an upgrade to 6.0.
