Web Configuration can't be modified

When I try to open the following, it doesn't load properly.

Advanced > Web Configuration > Settings

See the screenshot below.

It can be fixed temporarily by restarting the web service, which can be triggered by changing the database settings.

But whenever I modify something in the Web Configuration, the next time I try to open the settings this bug occurs.

My cloud instance is on v21.2.

I hope this is fixed in v21.3.

This bug is still present in v21.3 and the current preview of v21.4.
