Unable to log in after update

Just applied the update:
ScreenConnect_20.13.1905.7657_Release.msi

Now none of my users can log in, everyone is getting this error:

The requested resource requires more permissions than provided by your existing authentication. Please login to continue.

But we can't log in to continue.

I know it's the right password as it's saved in a password manager, my user uses Google Auth.

I also have an emergency user with a very large password and no 2factor, which now also does not work.

Its fixed in the 21.2 pre-release, but that should go stable later today. Please upgrade to the latest release and then check.

Also wanted to note, we have cleared cache and browser settings with no success. And tried in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox

We're on the supposedly stable v21.1.2091.7689.


Restarting the server offers a temporary fix.
