Snip tool not working or double cursors

One of our clients has it so that when using Connectwise control with guest video disabled they can't use the snip tool. If they turn guest video back on it shows up like they have two cursors.

We could not reproduce this issue from our side. If your client is still having this issue please mention the exact steps in the comment section. Also, post the screenshots, if any.
