macOS, request access for screen recording, connectwise not found

Not getting the same result for screen recording on catalina, screen connect is not installing correctly . tried uninstalling but something must be residual because behavior is not changing please advise.

I remember encountering a similar problem a few months ago. I managed to get Screenconnect to show up in the list by launching a session, that is, connecting to it from another device. Hopefully that works for you too! But it’s a hassle and only a workaround. The bug needs fixing.
