Unable to interact with remote Mac device running MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur

I was unable to access and support a customer with MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur installed. I was using a Windows 10 based system and I had to also guide them to the privacy settings to allow accessibility which I could then move the mouse, but still unable to interact with the desktop of their iMac

Same exact issue with the same versions. Cannot manage some of our client's devices because of this.

Please reach out to Support for assistance and troubleshooting. 

Also experiencing this issue. Can see the menu bar at the top of the screen, cannot see the launcher at the bottom. Only thing I can interact with is the ConnectWise Control pop up at the top-centre of the screen.
