Using version 20.12.1623 on-premise

When writing something within admin panels (without connecting to asset) the writing does not appear in the chat screen, you have to refresh the page to see what you wrote. However, it is sent to the asset. When the enduser/asset replies you can see that though. We never issue this kind of problem before, I think with this version.
