After upgrading to 20.11 we can no longer launch a control session from Connectwise Manage within the service ticket. When we do we get an error :
"Error contacting the Control server. Please try again, and if this message keeps occurring, please check your network connection, and then submit a support request if necessary."
We have updated the Connectwise Manage Integration plugin on Control but it still doesn't fix the issue. Apparently, a lot of other partners are experiencing this issue as well.
