Restrict to IP Address throwing error

When trying to add additional CIDR ranges to an existing list of IP's addresses in the "restrict to IP" section, the below error is thrown.  This error by nature cannot be correct, as I wouldn't even be able to access the page if I wasn't already on the list of existing IP addresses.  Nevertheless, via the audit logs I confirmed that the IP I am coming from is on the list.
