User is at her PC at corporate office. Screenconnect connects to her PC, showing that the user connecting remotely, is the same as the user at her PC. Connection drops and returns for 30-60s at a time, multiple times throughout the morning.
At the same time, another user is experiencing very bad lag in her connection. There is nothing wrong with her remote internet connection, remote PC, or on-site PC. (All three rebooted and otherwise performing normally.)
Common factor is client update to 20.9 was pushed to both users the day or two before, and the last time we had issues with Screenconnect, was after a client update, a few months ago.
