macOS - Can not open "ConnectWise Control Client"

Every time I try to open the control client from the web app, I get this message. I then have to re-download it, unzip it, and execute it by hand. I deleted over 100 of these zip files and unzipped files every week.

To be clear, it will not run the previously downloaded client. Sometimes it will run the client, sometimes I have to redownload it
