Consent not appearing for users connected to an RDP session

We have many users who currently are working remotely, so they are RDP'd into their work machines running windows 10.

When i have consent required to connect to a remote machine, the end user does not get any prompts for consent, so we can not connect to the session. I have to disable consent, and we can connect fine.

I'd like to keep consent enabled. Please help me fix this
