I have looked at the page here Black Screen on Guest Mac, and took a look at the steps suggested here Control a macOS Mojave session. It says to install the client on the guest machine, but has no download to the client software. The client I download from my admin portal unzips to a client app, not a pkg installer. I have the same version of client software on both admin and client. I am running Mac OS X 10.15 Catalina on Admin, and the same on the client. I see in the menu choice for version here in the forum message builder that there is a 20.6 version of the client, but I just install the service today, and 20.5 is what downloaded from the admin portal, and what installed when I installed it on the client remotely. I've tried more suggestions such as selecting the Blank Guest Monitor menu item under the Essentials menu as suggest in the Blank screen troubleshooting documentation page. However, the menu item is disabled. I am unable to find any useful information regarding this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to correct this issue?
