backstage mode (default or manual) - tray icon & chat issues

Windows (multiple versions) guest clients:

1. When we go into backstage mode the chat & tray icon goes away on the guest machines. (not a huge issue but would be nice to have an option to keep them available)

2. While deploying clients with backstage set as default and no host connected - the tray icon is not displayed. 

        Once the Host connects to the guest desktop it becomes visible again.

Let me know if I can be of any help with this. sometimes we use backstage and the chat & icon go away and the client will restart the computer to get ConnectWise Control back.

So I have to explain to them the chat will clear but I am still connected and will be back. Overall it would be great to maintain communication with the active user while in backstage mode.
