There is an issue when viewing a remote client with a "flipped" screen setting with the Intel Q35 chipset onboard video.
I've tested both with my on-premise installation (OLD/Outdated Version) and the latest via a Cloud installation.
I've communicated/troubleshot this issue with Connectwise Support already via Service Ticket 1320692.
Switching to the Generic Microsoft Graphics Driver does relieve the issue, but limits the screen resolution to an unusable size.
As well, utilizing the "Blank Guest Monitor" feature will also allow the screen to be viewed correctly.
