While on an support session we have a tech who states that upon reboot he was switched to another computers access session. screen
Notes from my Tech:
So I was support remote controlled into a customer’s machine. I had her restart her machine after installing a piece of software. After disconnecting with her and waiting for the reconnect after her machine restarts. I was in a computer that looked a little different that before. But I didn’t think anything of it as she said her machine had come back up. Next thing I know I see communicator open and I notice that it’s a differnt computer which is an access computer. Not sure how that happened…. Should be session: 283123 there will be two of them as I recreated the session, so it’s the longer of the two.
