
Freeze / Reported and tested with Support on ticket 13209660
There is an issue where randomly on version 20.3 and 20.4 (Preview) releases, the host session will completely hang. During this time there is no packet loss to the Control server, and it is new to these builds.
Opening case, as there is apparently none here according to support.

Are you using ConnectWise Cloud? I am seeing issues as well. The session will freeze and sometimes show a hand as a pointer and then continue working as normal.

If anyone is experiencing this issue on cloud, please try out version 20.3.28058.7418, which was just made available.

I think it will be included once it has had more testing. Initial results are promising, so that should be soon.

QQ what build number has these fixed and what was the defect name?

We have one server on 20.3.27555.7390 and its brutal
and one on 20.4.27889.740 its better but still happens.

The fix description is "Improve relay action scheduler performance", which is in the latest stable, 20.3.28091.
(We've since found opportunity for further improvement; that fix is still being reviewed.)
