Support person has a 32-bit version of Windows 10. We had our Default Screen Quality set to Medium. When they would connect to a client, they got a black screen. If they change their session's Screen Quality to High, the screen would show up. The same happens if your Default Screen Quality is set to Low. We have 8 or 9 computers that use ConnectWise Control. 3 of them are 32-bit Windows 10 computers. The rest are 64-bit Windows 10 computers. Its only the 32-bit computers that experiences this issue.
