Issues with the Session Summary generated by Zendesk Integration

I'd like to report two issues:

(1) In the Session Summary, every Japanese character is replaced with '?' even though on the CWC log page they're displayed correctly.

(2) Timestamps are in GMT, even though both Zendesk and CWC instances are in GMT+9.

Our Zendesk/ConnectWise Control integration is also having some odd behavior with timestamps.

The "Session ended" shows the correct local time, but the rest of the timestamps are in UTC.

It would be great to see some additional configuration options within the integration to allow the administrator to change what timezone was displayed for all timestamps in the Session Summary.
