Problems printing

When attempting to print remotely from a client computer, the document is cut off. We have tried updating the Connectwise version, printing to PDF and transferring and installing our local print driver on the remote workstation. Nothing is working.

Could you post the model of the printer? We know of a few printers with driver quirks that we're trying to work around.

All of them. We already tried to work through this with support to no avail. It is supposedly a known issue. I just wanted the topic here for the record. If I had known prior to switching from my previous remote connection system, I may have done more research

"All of them" doesn't give us anything to work on. If the issue happens with multiple printers, it would be helpful to have the list so we can investigate.

I have already given the list and it has been investigated in depth by your support department. You may be able to look in the records and see in my account.
