Yubikey 2FA auth login fails on Linux server running ConnectWise Control 6.9
Yubikey login 2FA auth fails with red error The remote server returned an error: (410) Gone.
This prevents any login using 2FA Yubikey. Other 2FA auth like Google Authenticator still work properly.
Only noticed started happening in CWC 6.9.

Yubico stopped supporting TLS versions below 1.2. Unfortunately, this means that our Linux server implementation is no longer compatible:

Thanks Eric for the details. That's unfortunate news, I strongly preferred using YubiKey for CWC admin login authentication.
Is there a way for me to re-configure your Mono library to enable/force TLS 1.2 support?
Due to this known issue/bug, I am currently locked out of my CWC admin account. How can I get back in?
Thank you,
Matt
Eric,
With the recent Mono TLS upgrades in ConnectWise Control, is YubiKey support available again?
Thank you,
Matt
We're still working out some bugs with the new Mono, but I just tested to verify that we've fixed the one that would impact YubiKey support.
